"How to Beat Prop. 213"
Complimentary Breakfast Seminar
Sept. 24th
Ventura County
Since 1996, automobile accident victims have been re-victimized by Prop. 213 -- a California law that prohibits victims who lack insurance from recovering non-economic damages for their pain and suffering.

In the nearly 20 years since its enactment, the plaintiffs' bar has searched for an exception to Prop. 213 so their clients would have a chance at recovering the full measure of their damages.  Time and time again, however, California's courts have rejected ways around Prop. 213.

Until now.

On Wedneday, Sept. 24th, we will share the secrets behind beating Prop. 213 in an informational seminar hosted exclusively for members of the Plaintiff's bar. A downloadable packet of seminar materials will be made available to each participant.

One trial court has already held that our analysis works; an uninsured motorist can cure his or her violation after an accident.  Click Here to Register
